In May of 2014, God gave birth to a new church in the Northumberland area. He called it Amazing Grace Community Church and since its creation, God has been pouring out His amazing grace upon us in many wonderful ways! We are a non-denominational church that worships at our Ministry Center at 138 Leed St. in Northumberland. Every week is a new and exciting adventure to see what God has for us next. We enjoy great fellowship and testimonies of God’s grace, Spirit led worship, and Biblically centered messages. In short, we’re a family of Christ-followers who are rediscovering what the Church of Christ is all about. Of course, words can never fully do justice to what God is doing at Amazing Grace. If you’re looking for a church family that’s falling in love with Christ, we’d love for you to join us. We’re sure you’ll be as excited as we are.
Our Three Commitments
The Great Confession, Phil. 2:10-11 (NIV)
That at the name of Jesus every knee shall bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
The Great Commandment, Mk. 12:30-31 (NIV)
Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ 31 The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.
The Great Commission, Mt. 28:19-20 (NIV)
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.
